- Virtual Tour on all mandates:
Each mandate listed on the websites will have a link to a visual tour of the property.
- Advertise Mandates On The Internet:
All mandates will be listed on the following seven websites:
Private Property, SA Hometraders, IOL, Property 24, Realtors International, RI-International, Bothasig Homes.
- Advertise In The Property Trader:
Due to the fact that the Property Trader is available free to buyers it out performs the other property print media which has to be purchased.
- List Your Property Onto CNL:
Any agent that wants to take a sole mandate and does not want to share it with other agents on a Multi Listing Network of some sort is working in their own interest and not the sellers.
- Window Displays:
All mandates will be displayed on our windows.
- For Sale Drops & Emails:
All mandates will have For Sale Drops delivered to prospective buyers and For Sale Emails sent to our large database.
- Show House Invites:
Show house invites are delivered to other homes that are for sale in you area and surrounding areas.
- Other RI Branches:
Inform other Realtors International Branches about the mandate and ask if they might have a buyer for the property.
- Show House:
Show houses are an important part of the marketing of a home but should not be overdone, if a home is put on show every week it can become over exposed.
- Inform CRS Network:
Let Certified Real Estate Specialist that are part of my network know about the Property and see if they have any clients that they would like to refer for the property.
- Property Profile:
This is a computer or print brochure that gives all the specifications of the property and can be delivered or emailed to prospective buyers.
- Expo’s:
Display properties For Sale at Real Estate Expo’s.
